Shipping&Delivery

1. Usually, the order delivery would be made within 3 days after order placed. (Except for Custom Oil painting, need to be prepared and created after details confirmed, so it takes around 2 weeks before making delivery)

2. After parcel delivery made, a tracking number notice email will send to purchasers, and they can follow the update status by themselves

3. Usually, we use most economy international EMS parcel channel to make delivery (Delivery take around 15 days); While we also offer fast channels to the purchaser for option (Fedex, UPS, DHL)

4. For custom tax and Duty, we will handle it for most countries in our delivery area

1. Any problems (Except for misuse / violent damage) happened to Products bought from Mabaoha store within 6 months, Mabaoha will offer free parts, and technician support after our staff communicate and check the problem, and make sure user the problem can be solved well

2. You can buy all the parts in my shop, and we also provide 6 months warranty

3. For parts that are not yet in the store, you can contact me for purchase

4. While don't send it to us because our profits are not enough to afford high international shipping rate
