RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Mabaoha will only accept the return of unused and undamaged products that are returned in the original packaging. Purchaser must follow this return procedure:
Within 7 days after receipt of the Product, Purchaser must email Mabaoha at email@example.com to request a Return Material, email should include the reasons to return, order number.
After Purchaser receives an RMA number from Mabaoha, Purchaser must return the purchased items in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The package must be delivered back not later than 14 days after the RMA is issued.
The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer and cannot be compensated. Please use trackable shipping service with shipping assurance for return shipping.
In an unlikely event there is a quality defect, please first contact our customer service and provide your order number or proof of purchase. We will do our best to advise you. Often the issue can be fixed by installing properly or replacing an accessory.
Send us the tracking number once you sent out the package. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund (warranty will be invalidated if any physical damage is caused by misuse).
Once approved, your refund will be processed. If you paid with your PayPal account balance, the money will be directly refunded to your PayPal account.
It might take up to 7 days for credit or debit cards refunds to show up on your account depending on the card company involved.
